Q: How are mission costs calculated?
A: Price Structure and Invoicing
The price is per hour, NOK 1250 ex. VAT. This price runs from departure Balestrand Marina, includes the assignment itself with any pick-up point in the Sognefjord where you need to be collected, any standby time, until we have returned to Balestrand Marina after the completed assignment.
A typical assignment costs from approx. NOK 2500 to NOK 25 000 ex. VAT (minimum 2 hours).
Depending on the nature of the assignment, consultation, expertise, and specific tools (ropes, anchors, etc.) may come at an additional cost upon request, typically assistance with water pipelines, etc.
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: Simple and Digital Payment
We offer flexible payment solutions. You pay easily by card on our portable terminal, and you receive an electronic receipt directly to your email (which you can easily re-invoice to your client). EHF invoice is available by agreement for corporate clients.
Q: Which vessel is used and where do you operate?
A: Our Vessel and Operational Area in the Sognefjord
We use the vessel “Miss Fjords”, a specially built Øien 710 F. The boat has a reliable Honda BF 100 hp engine and is approved for 8 passengers (pax) plus 900 kg of cargo.
We operate primarily in the middle part of the Sognefjord, including the areas: Fjærlandsfjorden, Finnafjorden, Ortnevik, Måren, Arnafjord, Kvamsøy, as well as Flåm, Nærøyfjord, Lærdal, and others.

- The duration of this tour is 1h . The tour only allows groups of 1-6 peoples
- POSSIBLE DEPARTURE TIMES: 09:00 - 12:00 - 15:00 - 18:00 - Sunday Closed. Private only, tours OPEN ALL YEAR => Use booking form. I check for booking in the morning 8 am and evening 10 am. On daytime i am on adventure with guests, please use SMS. Sunday Closed.

- TOTAL PRICE => Enter number of people on the booking form to see the total price. Card payment on trip day before departure.

- WHAT TO WEAR (Packing List)? Go by the 3-layer rule: with an outer, water resistant shell jacket (and pants), an inner fleece jacket and a woolen base layer all seasons. It is always colder at sea than on land, even though it is the height of summer it feels cool.
- GUIDES LANGUAGE: English and Norwegian
- LIFE JACKETS: Suits and boots included in price and can be borrowed in cold and rainy weather

- "Coolcation" / Rainy weather, waves, vind etc - We run as normal even if it rains. We operate in fjords which rarely experience significant wind and waves. We have jump-in-suits and boots that keep you warm and dry. The changing weather on our tours is exactly what makes our tours in the Sognefjord so unique.
