True inspiration comes from the heart, when we connect with what we are deeply passionate about, like conveying and learning new things and discovering new sides of ourselves.

Each movement on my fjord experiences is a reflection of our essence, a unique expression of what we carry within.

From the point of view of personal growth, when we give ourselves to what we love, an inexhaustible source of creativity and motivation awakens in us. My fjord experiences are not just moving the body around in a fjord or trying to catch a large or rare fish; it is listening to the soul, letting the energy flow and allowing our inner light to shine brightly.
